Who we are

Gcutz ("we", "us") provides professional barber services by Guillermo "G" in Las Vegas, Nevada. This website is an informational site. Appointments are booked through an external scheduling page operated by Square (Block, Inc.).

Information we collect

• On this website: nothing personal. We have no forms and no accounts. The only data this site stores is a single first-party cookie recording your cookie choice (see our Cookie Policy).
• When you book: tapping any "Book" button opens Square's booking page. There you provide your name, phone number, email address and appointment details directly to Square, which processes them under Square's Privacy Notice. G receives this information solely to manage your appointment.
• Automatically: our hosting provider may keep standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, browser type) for security and abuse prevention.

How we use booking information

• Scheduling, confirming, reminding and managing appointments;
• Responding to questions about a booking;
• Basic business records required by law.

We do not use your information for advertising, we do not build marketing lists without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information.

Your Nevada privacy rights (NRS 603A / SB 220)

Nevada law gives Nevada consumers the right to direct a website operator not to sell their covered information. We do not sell covered information and have no plans to. Nevada residents may still submit a verified opt-out request — or ask what information we hold — using the contact details below. We will respond within 60 days as required by NRS 603A.345.

Who we share information with

• Square (Block, Inc.) — operates the booking calendar and any payment processing, under its own privacy notice;
• No advertising networks, no data brokers, no analytics vendors;
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

Security & retention

We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards consistent with NRS 603A.210. Booking runs entirely over HTTPS on Square's PCI-compliant platform. Appointment records are kept only as long as needed for the services and any legal obligations, then deleted.

Children

Cuts for minors are welcome, but appointments must be booked by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children online.

The short version

This site uses no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies. We set exactly one cookie, and its only job is to remember the choice you make on our cookie banner. We will never track you unless you explicitly choose "Allow all" — and choosing "Strictly necessary" guarantees zero tracking, permanently.

Cookies this site sets (first-party)

• gcutz_consent — strictly necessary, first-party. Stores a single word ("all" or "necessary") recording your banner choice. Never contains personal data. Expires after 12 months. Set with the Secure flag (HTTPS only) and SameSite=Strict (protection against cross-site request forgery). Note: HttpOnly is a server-side flag; it cannot apply to this cookie because the page must read it to honor your choice — and it is the only client-readable cookie we set.

Optional cookies

None exist today. If we ever add first-party analytics (e.g., to count visits), they will load only after you have explicitly chosen "Allow all" — never by default, and never from advertising networks. Choosing "Strictly necessary" keeps this site tracking-free.

Third parties

• Google Fonts serves this site's typefaces. Google's Fonts API does not set cookies.
• Square (Block, Inc.) — when you tap "Book", you leave this site for Square's booking page, which sets its own cookies under Square's Cookie Policy. We do not control Square's cookies.
